- Document flow: Quotation -> Invoice -> Receipt. Each promotion creates a new linked record.
- Features: customer records, line items with discounts and tax, payment status tracking (unpaid, partially paid, paid), reusable document templates, PDF downloads, and a dashboard showing invoiced vs collected revenue and overdue invoices.
- Documents can be issued in 150+ ISO 4217 currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, KES, NGN, ZAR, INR and more). Totals are grouped by currency and never converted.
- Plans: Free (3 documents in total, no card needed; drafts are unlimited and a document counts when first downloaded), Basic (150 documents per month) and Pro (500 documents per month, with your own logo on documents and the Invoicing HQ badge removable).
